We aim to be a company that offers solutions by leveraging our global mobility know-how.

Musashi Seimitsu Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1938. The nature of our industry has used to be consisted of processes such as steel forging, machining and assembling and we were the pioneers in developing an integrated production system. Since then, we have always been ahead of time.
Our business development for the future consists of two major milestones.
The first is to strengthen our R&D capabilities.
The introduction of CASE in the automobile industry has created a new set of choices for automakers and directed them to go beyond the framework of conventional vehicle development. As a company, we are aware that our role is becoming more and more important considering the coming changes in vehicle mechanism. We will contribute to it by advancing the development of electric units and reducing the impact to the environment.
We anticipated this situation and established our R&D Department more than 20 years ago, intending to develop products that suit the needs of our customers.
With our expertise, knowing the needs of automobile and motorcycle manufacturers around the world, we aim to become one of the world's leading manufacturer with the ability to provide suitable solutions. CASE stands for Connected, Autonomous, Shared & services, and Electrification.

AI changes our daily lives as human

The second milestone is Artificial Intelligence (AI). This has been described as the ‘fourth industrial revolution and it is believed to bring some drastic changes to the world.
Our company has been working to get deeper into this cutting-edge technology. Our target is not only to utilize it internally but also in other various fields in a way we can contribute to the development of global society, which is also the desire of our founder. We launched an AI project and have already commercialized AI solutions such as automated inspection systems and automated guided vehicle(AGV) at manufacturing sites. And as of now, we are getting the media’s further attention. Our goal is to solve production issues and enable people to work on more human-like work.
Furthermore, we are forming new mobility, devising ideas for improvement, and creating a society where people can demonstrate their abilities in their original creative work.

Our business is driven by our diverse workforce

About 85% of the company's operations are in overseas, and employees work in teams with international colleagues. For example, our CFO is a Canadian woman, and our Human Resources manager is a Brazilian man. We also have international employees who are form China, India, Tanzania and Bangladesh. Since English is crucial as a common Language, our executive meetings are held in English and even Japanese officers are attending meetings in English to show a good example. Times have changed, and the same way of thinking doesn't work. The same goes for our business. We believe that the perspectives from different cultures will greatly expand the possibilities of the future, and we invite people of various nationalities to join the Musashi Group.

Study with open mind, keep trying, and challenge oneself without fearing failure.

In the age of advanced globalization, the Our Spirit of Foundation, " Shitsujitsu-Goken (Simple and Sturdy ) and Shisei-Ikkan (Consistent Sincerity)" that the founder repeatedly advocated will not change. The personnel we seek are those who can implement these ideas. A person who has a dream for the future, honestly incorporates learning, and can make efforts and take on challenges.
