If you think, "When I enter the company, I only have to follow the instructions" then you are wrong. The management decides the major direction, but Musashi is a company where each employee works. For example, "Musashi Global Vision 2020" was formulated in 2007 with a theme of "Be unique!". It was formulated by young managers at the time. We are currently working on "Musashi Vision 100" for 2038, the 100 years anniversary of our founding. The core members here are the 26 ~ 38 year-old employees who will lead Musashi in the future. We are engaged in daily discussions to create a vision that will serve as a driving force for the future. We promote dialogue not only with Japanese members, but also with global members with different growth phases and cultural backgrounds. By reflecting on their opinions, we aim for a common vision as a global value that does not change from country to country or region.

The upperclassmen of Musashi said, "It is a company that you can exceed your limits if you are motivated". Musashi's employees are always looking forward to try new things. It is a corporate culture that has overcome many crises in its 80 years’ history and changed its business from aircraft to sewing machines to mobility. As our founders have repeatedly stated, "Without innovation, there is no tomorrow", an environment in which we can rapidly innovate and experiment with new methods motivates us to think and experiment.

Knowledge of the self-realization process is more important than expertise, and it is the people who need it that continue to refine it. Joined the company in 1996. While continuing his career as an engineer, he was involved in the establishment of the R&D department. After that, he served as the General Manager of the Corporate Planning Office and as the General Manager of Overseas Offices (India).
