Musashi Seimitsu Industry Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture; President: Hiroshi Otsuka; hereinafter referred to as "Musashi") is pleased to announce the renewal of the top visual on its corporate website (hereinafter referred to as "key visual").
Musashi has defined the three years starting from the fiscal year 2024 as "Go Far Beyond! Second Stage," aiming to create new values beyond the boundaries as an automotive parts manufacturer. The newly released key visual is one of the activities that symbolize this corporate stance. Apart from the traditional process of outsourcing production, Musashi's employees themselves created this key visual using generative AI.

About the New Key Visual
• Title of the Work: The Quickening of Light
This visual embodies Musashi's dynamic and powerful forward momentum, driven by innovative thinking that breaks conventional boundaries in this rapidly changing and unpredictable era. The lines in red, blue, yellow, and purple symbolize the various business sectors, and the intertwining lines represent forming a unified world.
• Comment from the Creator: Toru Nagai, Corporate Planning Office
Being chosen for the key visual, which can be considered the face of the company, filled me with both surprise and pride. This project demonstrated that as long as you have a vision, it can be realized by using technology of generative AI. I plan to continue learning to master generative AI and create values across various tasks.

About the Project to Create the New Key Visual Using Generative AI
• New Musashi, Woven by Employees Themselves Using Generative AI
The new key visual was born from a contest with employee participatory approach. This initiative is a part of Musashi's efforts to actively promote the use of generative AI in business operations. It aims to break the preconceived notions that generative AI is a high hurdle to utilize and to foster talent development suited for the AI era.
Last year, as the first phase, we held a generative AI art contest for employees in Japan, with over 200 participants.

This year, we expanded the initiative into a key visual selection contest. The scope was expanded from domestic bases to overseas bases, calling for generative AI works under the theme of "Creating Another Musashi." Ultimately, we received over 40 unique submissions from global locations like Asia, China, and North America. Employees with diverse backgrounds, ranging from management members to younger members, voted for the selection.
• Utilization of the Key Visual
The new key visual will be used in various contexts, including the top visual on our website, notice of convocation of the 98th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, various advertisements, and internal documents.
