    Otsuka Seisakusho was founded in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, to manufacture carburetor parts for aircraft.

    Incorporated as a public company in Musashino Tokyo.

    Moved to Osaki, Toyohashi, and changed company name "Musashi Sangyo".
