Developing an AI system which creates new values in manufacturing on the floor
Based on the concept "human jobs for human", we are innovating manufacture by implementing AI in production.
Our products are delivered to customers through the process of transfer, machining, and inspection. Machining is a core of "Monozukuri" that values are added by human technology and judgment. The process of transfer and visual inspection, on the other hand, is a long-hour and high-load routine work.
Human beings, however, are supposed to be creative in nature. Repetitive work can be automated so that humans can create something new and keep developing their work. We are taking a challenge of creating environment allowing people to take meaningful and human jobs. We aim to keep providing our group plants as well as global manufacturers with a wide range of technologies
Visual inspection with AI system
This is an AI visual inspection system for manufacturing on the floor which requires strict quality standards. An AI image recognition algorithm (software) is installed in an inspection device (hardware) which can be introduced in a mass production line.

An automatic transfer vehicle for plants
SDV (Self Driving Vehicle) and CCS (Central Control System) operate a highly accurate navigation with simple hardware and AI. Currently the system is under development to put it into commercial use.
