Musashi Seimitsu Industry Co., Ltd. (Global Headquarters: Toyohashi-city, Aichi, Japan; President and CEO: Hiroshi Otsuka) announced today the agreement for the establishment of Musashi AI Ltd. in collaboration with Israeli technology pioneer and founder of Poliakine Innovation, Ran Poliakine, and SixEye Interactive.
Musashi has seized the market opportunity, bringing Industry 4.0, and has collaborated with Poliakine Innovation to develop AI technology to realize a smart factory.
The two companies have agreed to establish a joint venture, Musashi AI Ltd., with SixEye Interactive Ltd., in order to accelerate the technology development, implementation at the manufacturing sites and the global expansion.
Musashi AI realizes collaboration between humans and machine, and provides customers with new value created by optimization of manufacturing process.
