Ltd. (FKA: Booma Innovative Transport Solutions Private Limited. Headquarters: A-9, SIDCO Industrial Estate, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu- 641021, India; CEO: Anirudh Ravi Narayanan, “BNC”). Musashi and BNC are collaborating to promote the adoption of E-mobility in India.
In addition to Musashi and BNC strengthening the collaboration of the E-Axle unit for electric two wheelers, both companies have agreed to expand collaboration projects including exploring development of 3 wheeler vehicles, Battery Management System (BMS), and software and data applications. Also, both companies have agreed to collaborate regarding the export of the vehicles to areas outside of India.
Musashi and BNC are aiming to contribute to the society by reducing the use of greenhouse gases by reducing ICE vehicles on the roads.
